Terms of use

Last updated October 9, 2026.

misfitzsoftball.com and the Misfitz team notices are owned and operated by SolidDev LLC, 140 Westwood Boulevard, Westwood, New Jersey 07675. References to "we" or "us" on this page mean SolidDev LLC. By using the site or opting in to the notices you agree to these terms.

The site

The site publishes the Misfitz teams' schedules, scores, stats, rosters, photos and videos. It is provided as is, for the teams and their friends. We do our best to keep it accurate, but a schedule can change after we post it and a stat can be corrected later. Check with your team before relying on it for anything that matters.

Team notices by email, text and WhatsApp

Notices are a convenience for roster players. Email notices go to the address a team admin entered on the roster. Text and WhatsApp notices start only when you message the team number yourself and tell the team bot what you want: weather updates for the next game on the days you pick, a reminder on the morning of a game, or both. Message frequency depends on what you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Weather updates are a forecast and can be wrong; the league decides whether a game is played.

Admin accounts

Admin accounts are for the people who run a team. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Content

Photos and videos are published for the team by its admins. If you appear in one and want it taken down, ask a team admin or email paul@soliddev.us and we will remove it.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did. Our privacy policy says what we keep and why.
